We can ship most items World Wide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. *We only ship Paintball Markers within North America*

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and packaging is taken into account. In the case where many items are included in your cart and shipping fees seems unusually high please contact us via the form below and we can investigate to see if shipping was calculated correctly or not and make any changes that may be needed. 

Returns Policy

you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

• To arrange for a local pickup for an order please contact info@flasc.com to set up an appointment to pick up your order in person. We are located in Ingersoll, Ontario Canada
  

Shipping Information details and Timeframes!

We try and have all orders shipped within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed, in some situations shipping may take longer, if we expect any delays for any reason we will do our best to contact you.

Shipping within Canada

•  Expedited Service

  •  Expedited service is our basic shipping service within Canada. Expedited service is average 1-6 business days to most of Canada from the date the order is shipped. Distant Rural Areas and territories may experience longer delivery times.

• Express Service

  • Express Service is usually close to twice as fast as Expedited service within Canada. For Ontario or Quebec residents we do not recommend Express however as it is normally the same timeframe at a higher cost, at best you will get your package 1 business day sooner, but for many people the timeframe is exactly the same.  

Shipping to the US

• Small Packet services

  • Small Packet Service is available in Surface and Air. Both services do not include Tracking information and insurance up to $100 only. There is no guaranteed delivery dates but airmail is usually within 3 weeks and ground within 4, but both services under extreme circumstances may take up to 6 weeks. This service is only available to small and lightweight orders. We do not recommend this service for PR HI or AK or Military Addresses overseas as this service is likely to take several months.

• Expedited 

  • Expedited Service is our main and most popular shipping service to the USA. Delivery Times are usually 4-6 days after your order has been shipped. Expedited Service includes Tracking and insurance for the full value of your package. Shipping to Military address as well as PR, HI and AK may take considerably longer. 

• Xpress

  • Xpress Service is our fastest service to the US. Delivery times are usually 3-4 business days but delivery times may take slightly longer to distant rural address. Shipping to Military address as well as PR, HI and AK may take considerably longer

 Shipping Overseas

• Small Packet international services

  • Small Packet Service is available in Surface and Air. Both services do not include Tracking information and insurance up to $100 only. • Standard Surface

  • Standard Surface includes Tracking and Insurance, delivery timeframes are usually 4-6 weeks.

•  Xpress

  • Xpress includes tracking and Insurance, Delivery timeframes are usually 1-2 weeks.
